Pre-School

I thought it was going to be easy dropping Rio of to his first day of pre-school, driving away and enjoying 2.5 hours of peace.  It wasnt.  I actually had a really hard time and ALMOST cried.  Rio on the other hand did not have the same problem as me.  He had already informed me that he was “super brave”  and barely even looked at me as I left.  The thing that bothered me the most was how big he looked with his backpack and school clothes.  I was so glad to get him home and see him with his blankie and sucking his thumb.  AAAAHHHH  I’m happy he’s home.  Thanks Charlene for meeting me for coffee and filling the time.

He is so cute! If there is one thing that has always been hard for me it is the first day of school. I hate it that kids have to get bigger. Good luck with everything!

Hey, no baby yet?! What is his deal?! Great new blog. I’ve saved it. Let me know when the baby comes. I have two in school now so it’s just me and Lauren some days. Crazy! Rio looks adorable. Talk to you soon.
