What sweet little girls and OH SO FUN to photograph. There is just something about girls. Maybe it’s because I am a mother of two boys. I love their clothes and the willingness to pose for a picture. Almost like they can understand that one day these are going to mean so much to them. Boys on the other hand can sense that scrapbooking will never be in their future and so there is no reason sit still.
I don’t know why but almost everyone in my family has a birthday in May, June or July. LOTS of birthdays! My brothers kids all had birthdays recently and it was time for a little photo shoot. Especially since the baby just turned one.
So, anyone who knows my son knows that I have my hands full. He is just full of IT. IT being personality, ENERGY, attitude, MORE ENERGY, humor. He plays rough and I am constantly saying sorry to other children and their mothers for his reckless behavior. BUT none the less, the word that I think of to describe him is PERFECT.
This was a 5 min photoshoot. I dont know how he knows what to do but with every click of my camera he changes his expression.
When he winks he says “Oink Oink” I guess it sounds like wink to him.

If I wasnt having one of my own I might have tried to keep this baby. She was so sweet. I love the pic of her and her big bro.

So this next shoot I’m posting is appropriate for the day. Check out this BEAUTIFUL mother/daughter duo. This little girls eyes are undeniably breathtaking.
This is my cousins baby Avery. We did a quick mini session while they were in town a while back. She didnt really think I was very funny but she loved Rio so we got a couple smiles out of her. I love that look she gave me. She was totally unimpressed with my silly behavior.
For those of you who know my son, you know that he is very active. Well, I met his match or should I say matches. These 3 year old twins and their 18 month little sister had me working for every pic. The one little guy bonded with me almost from the start and everything I did he thought was hilarious. The other twin didn’t think I was funny at all. No matter what crazy stuff I tried he looked at me like I should grow up. Oh well, cant win them all. Can you guess which one loved me?
The main purpose of these photos was to get my nephews three year pics done. We found this fun rusted out truck on my dad’s property and it turned out to be the perfect setting for this little buckaroo.
