The reason why…

I have been focusing more on studio/children’s portraits is because of this little guy. I want to be with him as much as possible. So with portrait work I can be near my son and still do what I love doing. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE weddings and never plan to give them up but I do plan on limiting them more than I have in the past. Can you blame me for wanting to spend all my time with this kid?

Dustin & Britni ~ Engagements

I love their love story. They actaully grew up 40 min apart in Texas but didn’t meet until they came up to school. Dustin played BYU football with Brittany’s brother and he set them up…the rest in history. They are getting hitched at the end of July in Texas. Sounds HOT in a couple different ways (O:

Debra looked SO amazing for her bridals. The dress was so unique and vintage. I can’t wait for her wedding next weekend.

Ross & Angie~The Wedding

May 5th was so freakin’ cold. It was so arctic that we only lasted outside long enough to grab some quick shots. We tried the Joseph Smith Mem. Bldg but the 100 other couples who got married that day had the same idea. But despite the weather it was a beautiful day for this cute couple.

I loved that their engagement and bridal photos had such a huge part in their reception.

Rio

I haven’t posted any pics of my son Rio in a long time so I thought I would share a few we snapped yesterday. He is getting so big and talking a blue steak. His new saying this week is “wait a minute!”
Oh and by the way…he may be the size of a four year old but he’s not even two and 1/2 yet.

Shiloh is Graduating too!

I met Shiloh’s mom at a bridal fair last month. Her daughter already had her wedding photographer but we just started talking and hit it off. I was very happy when she called me to do Shiloh’s senior pics. What a cute guy! Very comfortable in front of my camera which made my job cake.

Jasmine is Graduating!

Got Weddings?

Cameron and Natalie~Engaged!

I only spent a little more than an hour with this couple and I can already tell they are a perfect match. Natalie has an amazing easy smile that makes Cameron beam every time he looks at her. Stay tuned for Natalies bridals and their wedding all coming within the next month!!
