Here is a little sneek peek of Steve and Amy’s engagement photos. Hope everyone has a happy labor day. My hubby and I went on our first date on labor day 1999. We went to La Casita in Springville, then on a hike and later to a drive in movie and watched Sixth Sense. Hmmm…pretty sure we wont be re-creating our first date today. NOW, back to Steve and Amy!
And a week later, here I am to post this lovely couples wedding photos. You may remember them from their ENGAGEMENTS and BRIDALS. Their wedding was so BEAUTIFUL. The day looked like it was going to go off without a hitch until 20 min before the reception was supposed to start. EVERYTHING looked PERFECT and then all of a sudden a huge gust of wind blew in a thunder storm and blew away all of the decorations and tables for their reception. I have never seen such an amazing group as their wonderful friends. They all waiting patiently for the storm to pass and then everyone kicked it into gear and brought the whole reception back into place by the time it was supposed to start.
I am not sure why this saying has been going thru my mind so much lately but it seems to be my response for everything.
Hubby: “Did you wash whites today?”
Me: “The proofs in the puddin’”
It would be funny except english is his second language and so he just looked at me strange and comments:
“I’m out of clean underwear”
Guess I’ll save my english proverbs for someone who appriciates them.

What stress! We planned this bridal shoot months ago and Jordan booked his flight from sunny LA to be here. Who would have thought that it would be SNOWING in the middle of October. The day of the shoot was crazy. One second I would look out my window to blue skies and the next it would be a blizzard. We were SO LUCKY that it cleared by afternoon. I’m so glad it worked out.
I couldnt have asked for a better couple to photograph for my first day back in the field. We had so much fun. Thanks guys! And you thought you werent photogenic…
Hot! Hot! Hot! (And I’m not talking about the pregnancy heat waves I experiance hourly). I have been so blessed with the coolest clients lately. These two are so much fun. They found the most unique location for their engagement shoot and I LOVE IT. The plan was to meet downtown and do an urban shoot but last minute they got access to this AMAZING apartment that looks like it should be in New York. They wanted unique and they got it. I cant wait for bridals this fall.
I have known Lincoln since we were kids. Our Dads have known each other since they were kids. It’s so cool to see him with Sarah who seems to be a perfect match for him.
There are not enough nice things to say about this girl. She is just as sweet as she is gorgeous. I couldnt narrow them down any farther than this…
Spring! Finally! It was so fun getting out there and shooting in the semi warm weather. This couple was so fun. They even layed in a field of cowpies because I asked them too. Thanks guys! I’m super excited for bridals and wedding coming up within the next month. Also a special thanks going out to Tiffany for sending these guys my way. It always means SO MUCH to be referred by past clients.
